What is happiness? ‘Happiness’ is a word that is so commonly used that one has ceased to wonder what it really means in daily living. ‘Contentment’? Yes, but the word has so little significance without actual experience. After a great deal of thinking over the matter, and experiencing, one probably cannot help but assume that ‘happiness’ has really nothing to do with the pleasure that possessions and relationships might bring, however deep it may feel.
