The HEALTHIEST Nuts To Get at COSTCO - Educational Grocery Haul
Today the Thomas DeLauer team goes to Costco to review the best and worst nuts and seeds that you can buy. There are so many hidden ingredients that you need to be weary of. Don’t be fooled by imposter health foods that are just trying to squeeze more! It’s all about educating yourself with the best low carb science that is out there. Perfect for intermittent fasting and other weight loss protocols, the nuts that you get at Costco can give you the minerals you need like zinc, magnesium, potassium and manganese.

I love the mineral profile of pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds! I buy them in bulk raw and toast them fresh in a tiny bit of avocado oil (maybe a half teaspoon per quarter cup of seeds), just takes a few minutes in the toaster oven, season them up and its a delicious healthy mineral-packed snack!

Supplements, protein powders, bars, produce hauls from Costco. Wow you have helped me change or comfirm so many food choices I buy for my family.
I have teen boys all different needs:
19 year old needs to gain weight thyroid issues,
17yo that needs to tone and lose the extra fat.
Husband so far fast food, sugar junkie: gout, alcoholic
12 year old battling between Dad and Mom values and priorities. Back and forth
Me Mom clean keto changing house incoming food and cooking styles. Been doing this for years reading labels frustrated with finding sugar in so many things as a sugar alcoholic.
When hubby brings home fast food and all eat it (except me [recently keto this year working on lossing fat/ keep my muscle and my oldest son that gluten free thyriod, working on gaining weight and energy) I know lots of issues here. Still positive about change for me and my family. It is hard for my son that works on taking care of his body broken from bad fast food and gluten etc and still struggling with my hubby bad habits even though he has health issues too. My son hasnt seen a lot of change in his body for the last year and energy still low. After 6 months of gluten, sugar free, dairy free he gave up and just started eating the fast foods that would come in because he still had so much trouble with weight gain and energy. Apologies for loaded post.

I don't know if you have already covered this, but a haul on protein powders for the Keto plan would be great. Thanks. Great video, thanks.

I love the macadamia nuts as well. Of course they are the most expensive!!! I am also so glad you told me about the raw almond! I used to sit up in my best friends almond tree and eat raw almonds! Ok I will sprout them!!! I am crazy for pumpkin seeds!!! Thank you for teaching me about omega 7! Wow 🌸 my best to you and your dear wife and family! I have heard we should not overdo on Brazil nuts- I also love them too! Selenium overload is serious! Is that something you could speak on at some time? ❤️💯💃🏽 Costco meats and shrimp. So hard to find shrimp without the tri sodium..
