Besides, Popeye in spinach mode has some of the most ridiculous toon feats ever.. he's so strong and fast that he transforms any animal that attacks him into a byproduct derived from their body (steaks, leather jackets, etc..).. if you want to explain those feat without the ridiculous toon power, then you'll have to say that he did all the transformative work with his hands during th intervale between two frames which means that he did everything in about 1/15 of a second in average.. for works that should take about 150 hours in average that's some ridiculous speed far far beyond what was show by Flashy Flash? Boros and saitama for now.. Also Popeye caught a bullet with a lasso..
