After going about my daily routine, I had to come back here to leave a comment. At the time when doing the exercise, it really didn’t feel like much. I would say my compensation was not that drastic. However, I’ve notice a big difference in my movements that always created a tightening/pinched sensation (bending down to pick up things, walking and turning, even just sitting feels better). Now, I feel very loose and I’m not having to fight that sensation of tightness in my hip/knee/ankle/foot. I’m excited to workout this evening because that tightness always affected my workouts. It’s the little things that end up making a big difference. Thank you!

This is really interesting because at 52 years old I just had the realization that my stance is duck foot. So I started recently to work on walking with my feet faced straight ahead, and I noticed that it was causing my knees to start popping because they are not used to walking that way. I also can feel my outer hips engaged more with my correct posture. I have been doing machine Pilates for over a decade and wished I had noticed this before!

How is this supposed to work? It doesn’t feel right to twist the shin inwards. When I align my feet and try to make my feet point straight instead of pointed out, my shins rotate more inwards because my feet are rotating inwards, so if rotating the shins like this actually works then wouldn’t it make it worse?
Both my feet turn out, more on the left. I have flat feet. Left foot is flat. Right foot has somewhat of an arch. At present, the adjustments are working their way through my spine, and seem to be stuck between my shoulder blades. I am hoping the journey up my body ends soon! (I had been told to expect 6-18 months for the process.) Recently, one of my long time hiking buddies commented he could no longer pick out my footprints on the trail by the widely splayed feet. (Although duck feet may return when I am tired.) As part of the process, I went through several different shoes, and found the Altra Olympus 7 with the stock insoles to be a good fit for me. As a zero drop shoe, it helped lengthen my calf muscles. Additionally, I needed the cushioning since I don't have thick fat pads. Rather than wearing out the cushioning on the inside of the shoe from my driving the arch of the orthotic into the ground to allow the foot to roll over, the shoe wears evenly which results in the shoe lasting substantially longer.
They will, I spent 62 years walking with my feet pointing out, high arches, always wearing down the outside of my heel of my shoes. Conor had another video that helped me beat it completely and easily. Half a paper towel folded up and placed inside my sock inside my arch. It allows the arch to feel the ground, and then focus on moving your weight from the outside of the heel to the inside. After a few weeks I stopped using the paper towel. When you feel the weight shift to the inside, it then goes from the heel along the arch to the ball and big toe. The tibia is turning inside for this to happen. I never got my tibia to initiate the turn, my arch refused to relax and allow it, so I went to the source, the arch, and that was due to another of his videos.
i have this on one side from boxing. However, the foot that turns out less doesn't pronate as well for some reason so IDK if that is specific to an imbalance created from a staggered martial arts stance
I believe this comes from weak feet. Look at one of Rafael Dos Anjos fights, he is someone that has strong feet. Let me know what you think. Ido Portal also knows the value of strong feet.
Explaining what is what, why it is a problem, etc.=beating around the bush. With that thinking if he showed an exercise like, stand on your head, and the video is about fixing flat foot, you surely believe it, because the video title is "fixing flat foot", so it must be true.

This might be why i hate running so much, my feet always face away from each other
That seems pretty painful 😂❤
6:36 lol yeah, i can do that

Andrew Tate needs to watch this
i have this on one side from boxing.

Beating around the bush for half the video
Explaining what is what, why it is a problem, etc.=beating around the bush.
With that thinking if he showed an exercise like, stand on your head, and the video is about fixing flat foot, you surely believe it, because the video title is "fixing flat foot", so it must be true.
Is this where for example the right eye is higher the left eye The left side of face is more sunken in with the jaw also tilted and while mewing I can only touch my right side of my upper palate cannot be touched on the left side of my upper palate
