Happy Solstice and Full Moon

Light illumines our shadow. This is a perfect time to do shadow work. What is shadow work you ask? Looking at those parts of ourselves that need some loving kindness and attention, rather than attempting to excise them or cut them out. Acceptance is what is needed. Love is what heals us.
