Em starts his vers with an “A” rhyme scheme (Dre, play, essay, esse, SA, Ay). He then moves into a “B” rhyme scheme (biggie, BE living, BEat the BEat, oBEsity, BEginning, Benz, Balls, Base). He then says the voices in his head are putting words in his mouth like alphabet soup before going into a whole “C” alliteration scheme. Genius writing.

Yeah he said in a interview to he always gives his beats nd shit away for free to nd dont charge other rappers to take them so wouldnt doubt not charging for features
Around when eminem is doing the "they're putting words in my mouth like alphabet soup" line, you can hear what sounds like "kill, kill, kill" whispered in the background, similar to how it is on the song Amityville from the MMLP
Sitting here listening to song after song, i realize that i can't remember when an album release felt this good and that music that made me smile this big. I have heard lots of good songs over the years by all kinds of artists but it feels like this is the first album released in a long while that i enjoy more than anything. Base/Stickball/car line 1. On base- drug reference- on crack 2. On crack/"base" Urban dictionary for- being fundamentally mistaken 3. Puffy actually blew up kid cudi's car- he would have to be on crack to "Touch his car"- which goes with him saying he would have to be killed irl instead of on a track. 4. his car actually being a base in the game of stickball 5. Base- "Bass" note intentionally placed on the word base. at the very least- this is a quadruple entendre

"Now your arms are too short to beat K-Rod" Francisco Rodriguez "K-Rod" was an MLB pitcher. He had 1,142 career strikeouts. K-Rod was charged with assault after he attacked (beat) his father-in-law. If Em come in with any of his verses in his last few albums he wouldn't be touching J.I.D in his best. There's not more than 1 or 2 Em albums that are better than TFS.@@fitzroy6970
@@fitzroy6970 can you not read? I said “one of” and “5 years”. We get it you don’t know what you’re talking about 🤣
@@fitzroy6970did you not even read the comment? You add an extra 5 years?😂😂
after the 27 min mark, Knox starts blinking in cadence with the C-sound scheme. Straight hip-hop trance. Beautiful.
14:50 I just found out Knox had legs after he stood up and walked for that P-Diddy scheme 😂😂😂. I rewinded that segment like 10 times just to make sure. Best bar breakdown as usual! ❤
"Knox has legs" Bruh🤣🤣
Knox has legs 💀😂
@@reginaphalange30 🤣🤣🤣 now I know Knox have legs.
He used to reacts while standing
That “yup!” ad-libbed right after the diddler joke is so mean. I love em
I’m a retired Rock Singer/songwriter!! I’ve always been a Stan!!! But you sir have really helped me understand Rap and the way they flow!!! I like it!!! Thank for being you!!!!
Rap is the only genre I listen to tbh
Man your breakdowns are the best. Love seeing you get wowed on the track. Been listening to fuel over and over
We creating the best album for Eminem fans with this onee !!
JID's flow was insane. His lyrics were good. On the other hand Em came in with the bars, double and triple entendres. The minute em rapped his verse on the track, I forgot about JID. Damn, both of them killed it
That is how I feel every time I listen the song I don’t care for jid verse it’s good but Eminem really murdered this beat and jid
This is top 8 verse of all time for Eminem
Up there with rap god
With no love on lil Wayne
You are amongst my fave reactors because of how in-depth you go brother. Few like you out there. Definitely a big inspiration.
Also, Eminem went crazy on this one. Just ridiculous!
Eminem doesn’t even care how long his features are he’s just like “here’s the best. Go stupid”
Yeah it feels like he wants them to snap. Like remember that black thought feature on mtbmb?
And I love it. People really need to appreciate how much he puts the young dudes on, especially with his pull and audience. He lets them go however long. From Drake to Kendrick to Jid,babytron, etc. And I honestly feel like he doesn’t charge at all in features. Dude is literally a if not THE goat.
14:52 bro is rethinking his decision
KNOX GOT OUT THE CHAIR LIKE SHAQ
14:46
Sitting here listening to song after song, i realize that i can't remember when an album release felt this good and that music that made me smile this big. I have heard lots of good songs over the years by all kinds of artists but it feels like this is the first album released in a long while that i enjoy more than anything. It definately takes me back to albums like The Eminem Show. Whatever 2024 has to offer, this is what will stick with me.
Em starts his verse with an “A” rhyme scheme (Dre, play, essay, esse, SA, Ay).
Another cool touch is when he says “base” the 808 bass hits exactly on that word to emphasize it. Great production.
*i copied this comment from other video reaction*
Another one copied it too, but they didn't credit so thanks :)
Jid did soo good but man why did Eminem took that whole song like that, I swear he is different breed. GOAT 🐐
Even though we had one of the biggest rap beef in 2024, Em still somehow has my favorite verse this year. This mf is not human
Big Thanks KH for all you do. I've enjoyed the hell outta watchin you break these tracks down bar by bar aaaand you spit fire bars yourself. I'm new here but 100% a KH fan
What a breakdown, Knox. It’s amazing how well you catch this stuff and so quick. The amount of detail you give is simply unmatched. Shout out to your intelligence, man. Serious props. 🐐!!!
This and Temporary is what I was looking forward to!! Let’s go Knox catch em all!
Eminem is like the GOAT of lyrics, Dude knows every word, every space, every fucking thing to make conections and leave a double interpretation. I know everyone knows it, but every music I listen to It is like the first time, It always get me off guard, always impressive.
JID is the next BIG thing in hiphop. The way he flows is just heavenly
He's long overdue for his recognition. DiCaprio 2 is a sick, no-skip album
Hope he stays away from Drake the style vampire.
The first time I heard JID was bruh with Denzel curry. I was like who is this and I need all his music rn
JID been around for a hot minute. But I’m glad he’s getting a bit more mainstream attention now.
@@espada7997 J.I.D. a real dude, he knows how to move. Sure Em added on some knowledge to go with whatever Cole might of taught him.
Wonder if we'll get a Kendrick x JID Collab now
JID showed TF up, I imagine Em saying something like "Don't hold back, I wanna go in" and JID saying "Say less"
This is an amazing breakdown which makes me appreciate the song even more!
JID doesn’t miss with his features!!
P Diddy bar is one of the best line in hip hop history
I have never heard one single rapper rap like Eminem before. And I’m a metalhead at heart, but my stepbrother introduced me to Em years back. He really is the goat. The way he plays with words is just unbelievable!
"You must be on base if you think you can touch my car" BASE meaning crack rock and CAR like how P Diddy blew up Kid Cuddis car..... HOLY S@#$ Em just dropped the sickest verse of all time.. 💯💯💯😵😵😵😵🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
damn nice catch 🔥
quite possibly his most skilled verse. man i couldn’t believe what i was hearing the first time listened. my jaw was dropped the entire time. this is peak eminem. if this song wasn’t a feature, could easily be his best song of all time. anyone agree?
This song is Grad School, Not Like Us is Middle School (I like it tho)
Nah you gotta hear all I think about on that southpaw album it’s nuts
@@anthonyortega1883it's a Royce and Em classic
Knox is my go to to understand tracks. Keep up the good work brother.
Eminem is a very loyal friend he always helps 50 in his beefs
Em is one of the most loyal ones in the industry
Feels like Knox was there in the studio with Eminem. This breakdown is insane 😭😭
Truly! He’s really good
I just don’t get how Knox can listen to everything! The beat, the words, the flow.
Guilty conscience 2 is going to break his mind can’t wait to him to react to it
this song is already a classic
Per usual of Eminem...the more I hear the album, the more I appreciate how masterful it is.
I think the car reference is about Diddy blowing up Kid Cudi's car but also could have double meaning as Pac got killed in his own car. Every reaction video I watched missed that Ethan Crumbley bit. Super good breakdown.
We know Em always comes with it, but JID killed his verse. I'm happy to see both him and Big Sean pay respects to Em on social media, it's awesome to see the younger cats appreciate his iconic status.
Sean is somewhat from em's era they have other songs together, good to pay homage though
Jid was rapping to Ems beats back in the day before he was even known. Killing it too
@@ICT_raps Nah, Sean was a little kid when Em was dropping crazy shit in the 90s. Infinite was released in 95, when Sean must have been about 7-8 years old.
Cook
That moment Knox pulled a nolife moment. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
bro i swear Knox knows every single reference in human history and beyond. incredible
Way Em flipped those B words & C words, freaking masterful. And homage to LL Cool J Ahh, Let’s Get Ill..back in 87
Never gets old seeing how happy and amazed ppl get at how good Em can rap and rhyme words etc... amazing. Great reaction as always Knox
@KnoxHill thank you for this great work my guy.
Haven't seen knox stand up over bars in a LONG time 🤣🤣
Facts
He stood up and left the room when KDot dropped 😂😂
I love how KH always shows respect to every artist individually. Shows how much he loves the culture 💪💪
Knox fought the walk-off for so long and then acquiesced on this video. I feel you, man, that this track is worthy. Shout out to NoLifeShaq
This whole album is 🔥 but this song has to be my fav. Didn’t know about J.I.D but dude snapped on the intro and Em killed it too of course. Song is tough to workout to in the gym.
Go listen to JID. He's crazy talented. Him and Eric Jamal (Coast Contra). There is hope for the new generation
DiCaprio 2 by J.I.D. will make you wonder why he isn't more known. That's a sick album. Promise you won't skip a track on it.
ALBUM IS FIRE
Honestly the best byproduct of this album is that other reactors giving knox his flowers for bar breakdowns.
I think all those ifollow mentioned him 👌
KH is the GOAT.
Man, elite breakdown of the bars. I missed a few. Subbed
The track I’ve listened to the most on the album. Both JID and Em straight wrecked shop and the beat goes something serious…
It's now standard procedure for me to come find your reaction/lyrical breakdown straight after hearing a new track. Lyrics nowadays have so many layers, so many go straight over my head but I know I can always rely on you to catch near on 100% of them. Big thank you for taking the time to do this and then share it with us all 💯👍👍🇬🇧🤜🤛💪😜👌
Base/Stickball/car line
1. On base- drug reference- on crack
2. On crack/"base" Urban dictionary for- being fundamentally mistaken
3. Puffy actually blew up kid cudi's car- he would have to be on crack to "Touch his car"- which goes with him saying he would have to be killed irl instead of on a track.
4. his car actually being a base in the game of stickball
5. Base- "Bass" note intentionally placed on the word base.
at the very least- this is a quadruple entendre
Wow @comfortableHypocrisy love your breakdown here! Thank you.
I've been waiting on this for so long 😂😭
same 😭
He dropped on Friday and yet I agree this reaction took forever and 😂
Agreed. Em and Eric Jamal next I'm praying!!!! 🙏🙏🙏
We got a Eminem album that actually is a classic during our adult life
"Now let's travel inside the mind of a hater/cause I don't see fans Alls I see is complainers"- Eminem
It’s not M&M it’s Shady Slim
Brooo... I wish I had the 🧠 power to break down these bars like this...certain bars would go over my head for weeks b4 I caught them! Lol we really need you KNOX!
dude dissecting word by word .. best rapper reactor ..
"Now your arms are too short to beat K-Rod"
Francisco Rodriguez "K-Rod" was an MLB pitcher. He had 1,142 career strikeouts. K-Rod was charged with assault after he attacked (beat) his father-in-law. Also, Em was possibly playing off JID saying "batter up".
Rod. Stick. Ball. Base.
Absolutely mind blowing scheme.
No
He definitely did not say that 😂
BK Brawl - fight
that is the first time i saw @Knoxhill stood up for a bar, same reaction was with me, Love from Russia.
