It's not only enough....if u have ur notes with u... simultaneously watch the video and after every disease go through ur notes and the surrounding topics of that topic .. medicine is a vast subject u can't complete it fully...be selective...

Noooo for physiology anat fmt biochemistry pedia go for in-depth study these are main subjects, please don't even think of to do rapid revision only
