I used to stay at my grandpa’s house in the rural mountainous area in Japan every summer since I was a little girl. I live and work as an office worker in a big city (Tokyo) now. It’s 8 o’clock in the evening and I’m watching this video after busy day. I miss the mountains… Thank you for the wonderful video !

Late-in-life college student with anxiety, here. Background noise is always a problem for me when it comes to focusing on a task, so I need something in the background to drown out the normal bustling around that's going on at home (kids playing, dogs, cats, tvs, etc.). Music doesn't help me, because I'll become distracted and focus only on the music, but this??! Relaxing sounds of birds, especially?!! Thank you soooo much! I can't describe how much it helps me to concentrate on my studies.
