Very good tips for identification... The music was at just the right volume, and you spent the right amount of time with each bird (except for the parakeets, but that's all right since you were excited about them).

So very helpful of you to point out field marks and other details about the birds you saw. The labels are great, too. Very fun, upbeat video.

I wish you would have come to the South East coast, because a lot of those birds you were seeing over there I've never seen over here on the S.E. coast.

9:30 i see the snowy take their short flights up and down the beach, looking for schools of minnows. and it looks to me like if a predator was watching from the tree line, the white of the crashing waves would camouflage the brilliantly white plumage pretty well.

Very quality video. Thanks for sharing/posting. Where in Florida is this? Also, would greatly appreciate if you can share the kind of camera you use to capture high level quality photos and videos. Nothing more frustrating to come across stunning birds worthy of capturing but video/camera not cooperating.
    Thank you in advance.

Thank you, happy to hear you enjoyed the video! This video was filmed in the Tampa Bay area.
As for the camera I use, it's a Canon Powershot 530. It's not super expensive as far as cameras go, and while it certainly is not professional level quality, it serves my hobbyist needs very well. Biggest complaints are it struggles in low light conditions, and it has low battery life. But I solved that problem by purchasing a couple more batteries.

Oh wow! If you call this low quality, I’m not so sure what to call mine! 😂 But thank you so much for the suggestion! I’m going to go out and buy that camera (and several backup batteries).
Tampa Bay! Would have not guessed! I am visiting Amelia Island in February and hoping to come across decent varieties of birds. Let’s see…
      Thank you again Dino!
Best wishes & Happy New Year!

I enjoyed this video. I'm impressed with your knowledge of Florida birds. If you come back to Florida check out Lake Apopka.

Wonderful video! I want to do a bird photography trip to SW Florida. What is the best time of year for that? I'm thinking late-March to end of April. Is that too late for migratory birds?

    • @DinoMan99000

Unfortunately I have only ever briefly visited Florida, I have never lived there. So I am far less familiar with the bird migratory patterns down there then I am with them in the Pacific Northwest. But late March to the beginning of April is when this video takes place, so I would expect you could find some of these species there during your trip.
