According to Bhagwat Geeta there are 3 values in a human sato गुण, Rajo गुण and tamo गुण sato is responsible for doing work and not caring about results, rajo is responsible for more need of materialistic things and tamo is responsible for doing things randomly without knowing any reason & thus human has a nature according to different proportions of these values, if one get relieved of all these 3 values he will unite into Krishna and will never take birth & the way to be relieved from all these 3 values is very difficult, one has to become sadhu and need to live life of absolute detachment to everything and need to realise whatever he do it is done by Krishna and not by himself.
