  • I wanted to break down what I was doing... ABS work
    1. burpees, just like you would on the ground without the jump
    2. high jumps
    3. flutter kicks on my back
    4. flutter kicks on my stomach
    5. split jumps ( I can't really do them well with my hamstring pain)
    6. assisted split jumps on the way
    7. high knee hops alternating legs
    8. one leg hops ( I do it on the ball of my foot since my hamstring muscle is weak
