These colors are in the final game but you need to go into split screen to access those colors and certain methods like going online and playing in road rage will make them available for selection. But once you got that color you cant switch to the other color and switch back to the unavailable color. This cannot be performed anymore due to the online servers to the game have been terminated.

Although Burnout Legends looks the same as Burnout 3 Takedown, actually Burnout 3 Takedown is a much better game than Burnout Legends. There are too many things missing in Burnout Legends.

I put a lot of hours into this game. This and NFS Hot Pursuit 2 on the PS2 were probably my favorite racing games.
