Hi Chris, seen many of your videos and value your sound advise. I own a BMW R 1150 R 2003 model has 77000 Kim’s on the clock. It has ABS braking system.The front brake hose requires replacing. Some technicians I have spoken to say if I change the brake fluid in the ABS it is likely to fail ,the brake fluid was supposed to have been replaced 3 yrs ago when I bought the bike. Is it safer to remove the pump at this stage of it’s life it is known to to be unreliable.your input would be appreciated.kind regards Red Marlow.
Hi Red, just replace the hose and bleed out what you've disturbed. Ride it until the servo fails then yard that electronic junk out if allowed in your area.
