Peristance and repetition basically helps your mind to restructure how it works. I see it this way: dominant thoughts are autopilot thoughts. With persistance and repetition we build up more favorable autopilot thoughts, and of course then the dominant thoughts will be more favorable too, in alignment with the desire.
Thats a good way of looking at it when you said dominant thoughts are autopilot thoughts. Thats a good way to measure if you have rewired your brain to the new story by observing what thoughts just come to mind while on autopilot. I find that thoughts just pop up uncontrollably that are negative and that just means there is a negative program running in the "system" that needs to be reprogrammed by installing the new affirmations/software lol. Once the new installation is complete the new thoughts run automatically and your 3D reality shifts to reflect the new program, once complete. IF you find yourself thinking negative thoughts plus living in a negative 3D reality it just means you need to get in there and reprogram the system by peristance and repetition!
I have been Persisting/ Affirming for 2 weeks now and I have noticed major changes in resistance. I now focus on re-creating negative (assumptions)/ Thoughts to positive ones. Affirming/ Looping is now my main focus.

Alexa can you do a video sometime on the results you've seen people have with revision, or examples of how it works in the 3D? Especially affirmations like 'SP never met XYZ'. I wish I could find success stories like that.

Alexa, I was watching your videos when I was enduring the old story and was in NC with my SP for nearly two months and a half. You gave me motivation to never give up, I worked on myself and used assumptions to get used to the new story and SP and I are in a relationship just like before, as if nothing ever happened (one of my assumptions was « me and SP have always been in a healthy relationship ») He also told me he was missing me the whole time. All I did was changing my thoughts, using repetition and persisting in them. Thank you 🤍🫶🏻
hi alexa, is it okay to have moments of miss for you sp? i get such random waves of “ i miss him “ and feel so weird but i always loop my affirmations regardless of anything i feel because emotions don’t manifest , but is this “ missing “ feeling/state telling my subconscious i don’t have it?
