I lost my father from covid he was 45 and I'm 22 It was so hard to fall asleep without feeling alot fear and anxiety but you helped me by making me feel as if someone was holding me and helping me fall asleep and feeling protected and loved and cared thank you so much for showing so much love to a complete stranger that you don't even know yet shared it thank you
I have symptoms for ADHD which is practically a disability that you get distracted alot and I'm a very forgetful person and it makes me struggle in school and one of the symptoms i have for ADHD is "Having trouble sleeping" But when i first found Shanny i played one of her videos and i was asleep in minutes. I have ADHD and Bipolar amongst other things ADHD is considered a mental disability some have it worse then others.
I have ADHD too. I forget things alot and have trouble concentrating on certain tasks. I also have trouble sleeping.
