Or perhaps Monty being educated with paranormal could tell Sun was possessed, so maybe the gator had Earth pin possessed Sun down. And then the gator did a magic spell to cast the possession out of Sun! Then if that worked, Earth distracted Sun waking up from being possessed while Monty grabbed Moon and ran off with him so they could go repair Moon and before Sun realized what happened to Moon. And I'm sure Lunar would aid in the distracting Sun, or go with Monty, or scream because he noticed Bloody glaring in at them, alerting Earth to the threat so she could go Mama Bear mode again.
I mean he did. July 16th was all Bloodmoon. I do think it'd be neat if Bloodmoon could posses Sun again but I feel it's too late given Sun has a new body and this is technically new Bloodmoon.

this video is like an old hyperfixation. when I first see it, I watch it over and over again, not able to get over how much I love it. Eventually I do get over it and move on with my life, but every few months I stumble back into it and watch it another 3 times at 1 in the morning before moving on with my life

i clicked on the video excepting just a silly little animation... AND WITNESSED A 𝘔𝘈𝘚𝘛𝘌𝘙𝘗𝘐𝘌𝘊𝘌. LIKE, I DID NOT EXPECT IT TO TURN LIKE😭 /pos and as someone who does animation from time to time, this seems painful to make😭(im very lazy) this is fabulous
Came up with this idea and it wouldn’t get out of my head so have a lil snippet of a fanfic ig? It hurt… It- it all hurt so much… It had felt like a panic attack, though Sun knew differently. Sun knew, Sun always knew, from the moment they lifted his arm to how to red engulfed him. Sun knew his body wasn’t his own, it would never be his own. Crying out, the sunny daycare attendant knew he couldn’t be heard against the agonizing red, and that made it hurt so much worse, and it wasn’t like he tried to fight it…but it was tiring to get so far only to lose to the painful red of the twins, to fight only for him to lose control once again and again and again and again, soon it was bound to just happen for him to just not notice.
but I still think that the sun would have been able to restrain the bloody one, because he held back the moon all his life, and then the eclipse (with the eclipse not very much), but I think he would have held out
