    🌴 Whasss up ! Nothing huge today but it’s always fun exploring un fished ponds just to see what you can catch , providing someone doesn’t run ya off , could see a lot of flash’s , did that pond have a feeder creek ? 🤔

      It did have a feeder creek, but it was completely dry. With all the rain we just got, it might have water in it now. lol

    How do the Tarpon set into these ponds? How do you find ponds and other likely spots? Thanks

    • @Eric.Estrada
      @Eric.Estrada  6 місяців тому

      I made a video a few months ago that describe how I find tarpon spots. But usually there's a feeder creek or culvert that leads to a canal that ultimately makes it's way to the intracoastal.

    Any idea what happened with renegade rods ?

    • @Eric.Estrada
      @Eric.Estrada  5 місяців тому

      From what I have heard, the investors had different plans for the brand than the founders did. But they recently sold the company. The new owners are said to be putting in a lot of effort into the relaunch. But I hear they will also add a line of light tackle spinning rods.

      @@Eric.Estrada lol this whole time I thought you were the owner man, but funny story I did some research and turns out I know the new owner, Steve, cool guy , we live in the same town

      @@Danielwelds haha nah, the original operators were my friend's Titch and Blackwell, with big backing from a corporate partner. I did consult them when it came to developing the line of rods. Alex brought the entire fleet of blanks to put them to the test in the Everglades before going into production.

      @@Eric.Estrada I see, what about them fender pointe hats, they ever coming back?

    • @Eric.Estrada
      @Eric.Estrada  5 місяців тому +1

      @@Danielwelds yes, the fender pointe hats will come back. I also had an issue with that same corporate backing that Renegade did so it slowed things down a bit, but at least I got to keep my company. Haha
