I was two rows back at the panel. AJ is a sweet heart in person, really a down to earth woman. All women need to take a page from AJ. It melts my heart.

She needs to practice a little more stuff like moonsaults, jumps from the third rope and things like that. She's got a great submission manoeuvre, but she still needs a good finisher that people can dig.
