Mr apoorva who is affected with quadriplegic spastic cerebral palsy and gmfcs 5, never sit, stand and walk till the age of 24. Now after semlosss and vigorous therapy initially at allahabad under direct guidance of Dr JKJain and team of trishla foundation and now at prayash bareilly center affiliated with trishla group start showing excellent improvement In his physical ability. At present he can sit without support, stand with little support and walk with support so that for transfer he stop using wheel chair for indoor movement
