And yet still because of our sense of entitlement and fickle nature we couldn't cover and support them enough to reach their highest potential as our national team..we dwelt on their mistakes and shortcomings and badmouthed a lot of them, Asmaoah, Kelvin , Muntari , Essien etc... thinking we will always have quality .. today see how we re struggling ..there is a time for shine..it doesn't happen all the time so maximize it when it comes. Now it will take a lot of years to have a squad close to this.
Why are people still blaming Suarez? He didn’t get away with the handball, he was penalized with a red card and a penalty was awarded. Everyone would have done the same for their country. If Gyan scored the penalty, no one would be mentioning Suarez. I wish he scored because I was rooting for Ghana.

This was the closest opportunity Africa ever had at the World Cup. Thanks to Ghana for wiping our tears of shame at that tournament because they were the only African team that showed up, even though it was hosted on African soil for the first time ever.
