WIN is the answer of word puzzle
I solve it by fixing last letter N because it is common in TAN and INK and we have to take one letter from BOW thats why we have to take N and its position is fixed and then try to fix K and I in first or second place

Answer 14:58 :: Both word has thier own significance , emoticon is used where picture /emoji can not be presented but Yes both words are mostly related ,Because " Emoticon " matlab hai icon of an emote meaning ek emotion ka depiction in form of a keywords and secondly "Emoji"-- the answer to this hidden in the previous question matlab its a Japenese word from Picture + letter which also tells depiction of a letter / word in form of picture and that word can be an emotion too , so yes Emoticon and Emoji are related .

By hints we can see there are 4 words correct but the letter is of three words so 1 word would be repeating. N is only word which is repeated and by 1st hint N should be at 3rd place.

The word emoticon explained me its meaning by breaking it into 2 halves emot -- icon : emotions by icons [ icons are characters on the typing board ] . So emotions represented by icons , for clearing , an example -
Colon and the letter D :D ( characters or icons ) representing the emotion joy...
Now the word emoji explains me it's meaning by breaking it into 2 halves as well emo- emotions, just, in images...like 😡 is an image telling emotion of anger. So it is emotion by images.
And emoticon was emotion representated by icons ( characters on keyboard ) ....
Conclusion is they both have same subject Emotions, so they are absolutely related...

Explanation
You can see that N is common in 1st word as well as in the 3rd word so N is one of the letters of that word (and it will definitely be at last) nd now we need two more letters which can either be I or K. Now select the letters and try making words with them.

1. Comparing 1st and 3rd row.. the only repeated letter is N.. placing N in the last Column since its in the right place in 1st row
2. Now as we know, N is one of the right letters in 3rd row.. the other right letter should either be i or k but in the wrong place.. placing K and trying words.. nothing makes sense.. now moving on to I..
3. Ignore the first column.. since the only one letter is already taken.. now Placing I in first letter also doesn't make sense.. since the only word formed can be ION.. again the second row's rule is 0 letters are in the right place.. so this is also not possible..
4. So placing I in the second.. we get 2 words.. BIN and WIN.. where B is in the same place that doesn't follow the given rule.. And so WIN is the answer..
