Looks great. I want to color match it haven't bought it yet, is it a paint able surface? Or is it plated or something weird? Should be able to do a skuff sand and then paint or no?
Sry for the late reply. I didn't get a notification. I unscrewed the black brace bar that sits on top of the battery that is connected to the fender. I put a u terminal on it and sandwiched between the fender, and that bar works fine.
@@Rockcreekgarageworks thank you bro i was confused but i ended up driving a small self tapper onto the metal bar that the radiator sits under with a ring terminal zip tied the wiring to that brace bar on top of the battery and it works perfectly fine, awesome video thank you for your reply boss

I was supposed to retire there, but Texas was cheaper and more land.

@agustinsanchez7138 I'm sry it seems that the 04 was discontinued or out of stock. I was only able to find the 07 and up. You could use it with a front clip conversion, but it is cheaper to buy a mesh grill and add lights.
Black zip ties would work on top two clips also

Yes, it is a normal plastic surface. You should be able to scuff and then paint it, and they sell a flat or gloss version when u buy it.

I'm trying to install a led kit on my 2000 chevy silverado does it matter witch fuse is on top and which is on bottom for the 5 and 10 amp
If you pulled the 10amp from its spot, then that should be what's on bottom. The pigtail wire is normal attached to the top slot.
How did you get the bumper together ? Mine came in 3 pieces & I can’t figure out what to use to get it mounted hood

If I remember correctly, there are screws that hold the 2 side pieces. There should be the metal clips that mount it to the radiator support.
