I really like how they're constantly changing expressions! Lots of reaction videos don't have enough of that. It just shows the amount of effort you put in :) I enjoyed it!

I assume that nightmare took over dreams body so that he can access dreams power, and when Techno destroyed Nightmares wand which contained his power that power was partially released in an kind of explosion(as seen) but most of it got absorbed by dream, and since Nightmare was unable to use his power he got kicked out of dreams body thus giving dream both his and Nightmares power.

dream has 4 dreamons inside him your asking why is his eyes green and red? well nightmare was inside dream for lots of years but no knows dream is a god but there are some players that are gods too but nightmare is a bit powerful but dream is super duper powerful to his dreamons and ream can inside his mind and meet his dreamons right now or later
