Me too.. we all miss the child version of ourselves , when things were easy , when you just need to play GT in your PlayStation after school ! I remember being in class and playing with my Hot wheels thinking i was in a GT race 🤣
Sadly in GT7 they have changed a bit the track which makes it look a bit worse. For example when you get out of the tunnel the road is covered with lots of trees and then there is that sharp left turn. In GT7 as seen on the trailer, they removed the trees
I always liked Cape Ring because of the many unique Layouts, the fact that you could race inner and outer Circuit combined and of course the C I R C L E of E T E R N E T Y
Yo seriously 😂. I’m legit waiting until GT7 comes out to get the PS5. Polyphony needs to stop playing and just make a Gran Turismo game that combines all the good from the previous games.
Awwwwww man! Complex String was one of those tracks that you fell in love with and never was able to forget. I would spend HOURS on that track in GT3 and save multiple ghosts just to have someone to fight against (my brother's always thought this track was too long). I tried to recreate it in Gran Turismo 5, but sadly the track creation tool did not have enough miles to create it...
Both Trial Mountain and Deep Forest Raceway are in Gran Turismo 7, however they have been lengthened. Trial Mountain does not have the shortcut near the end anymore...
I was there since GT1 first launched. It is absolutley one of my favorite tracks to driver ever. Don't know how many laps I've completed there. Even have a port of it for GTR2 and love every corner of it. Deep Forest is awesome too. Those were the only two tracks i saw ported outside of PS anything.
Red Rock Valley Speedway and Grindelwald....two circuit that I've been wanting to see it return in the GT series in HD. Come on Polyphony Digital, bring those circuit back!
El Capitan is easily my favourite original Gran Turismo track. After doing the endurance race on it to get the Minolta I completely fell in love with it.
Gran Turismo 4 had one of the most interesting tracks ever. It brought so much new content to the series, and I loved city courses, it really gave a challenge to learn how to keep a line and drive like a pro in such tight streets
I mean, Special Stage Route 5, Grand Valley, High Speed Ring, Autumn Ring are tracks so nostalgic that dates back to Gran Turismo 1. Grand Valley was the most iconic track of them all. To not see it featured back on GT7 is a huge bummer.
Chamonix on GT5 with that downhill straight into the sweeping right-hander with the exit that suddenly gets narrow... Drifting it just right was very satisfying.
Ohhh what a joy to see some of these again! Memories memories memories! Would it not be fantastic to see some of these "re-mastered" for 2021 on a high power console with online racing to boot? El Capitan makes me quiver with excitement!!! Thanks for a great video!
Circuito de la Sierra is a great track even if it has only appeared on GT6 but the length of it and some of the tricky corners that it has combined with the last part of it where you can take almost every turn flat-out while looking at a beautiful lake... It's amazing !
I think the GT5 and 6 version is fun, but it feels more like a rally arena, while GT4 one feels more like a rally stage. I like both, but if I could pick one, I'd pick the GT4 version no questions asked. Most rally courses in GT just feel like race tracks with dirt or snow on them. I want more that feel like actual rally stages, like Chamonix GT4.
Special Stage Route 11, Grand Valley East, London, Seoul, Cape Ring, the croatian circuit, Hong Kong, ClubMan Stage5, Swiss Alps..... There are so many of them!!
High Speed Ring, Costa Di Amalfi, George V Paris, Seoul Central, El Capitan, Citta Di Aria, Grand Valley Speedway(I think this and Deep Forest are confirmed), Deep Forest, New York, Special Stage Route 5/11, Seattle Circuit, Rome (GT2/3 Ver. or GT5/6 Ver.) I really love the street circuits, so hopefully they'll add em.
Motorland and Beginner's course from GT4. I know they're small, but it's quite intense having to barge your way through the field if you're only given a few laps of racing.
Nice video. Really good track selection! If I had to make one too, it would be very similar with yours ( but not in the same order btw), but it would had Rome-Night(GT2); Apricot Hill and Smokey Mountain South.
Nostalgia hits hard after I watched this :'), i cant stop imagining GT7 can be like all the gt content in 1 game but with good graphics :') also remember when GT7 announced in ps5 live i almost cried lol
13 Kinds of tracks I'd like to see make a comeback in GT7 In the interest of variety, I've grouped some similarly styled circuits together 1. Special Stage Route 5/11 2. Special Stage Route 7 3. These are the following race tracks I would love to have brought back in GT7. The city circuits of Seattle, Rome, Tokyo Route 246, Monte Carlo, Paris, New York, and Hong Kong I really miss. Then the other road tracks I hope make a return in GT7 are Tahiti, Grand Valley Speedway (original), Costa Di Amalfi, and Red Rock Speedway.
I really want Special Stage Route 11 back, both layouts from GT1 & GT3. Someone did a rendition of how Special Stage Route 11 & 5 were connected and it looked like an awesome endurance circuit that would be amazing to race in.
So glad you didn't include Special Stage Route XI. I drove all of these tracks, and all the rest, in every GT that came out, but some, like Grindelwald I just can't remember.
Seattle one's a must Gosh the shivers There are some others tho Deep Forest, Monaco, that crazy orange special stage 11, Cape Ring, pretty much almost all rallys, Feeder's songs lmao

Eiger Nordwand really was a beaut. I liked Grand Canyon too with the people running off the track before you hit them. Also Ice Arena, one of the best drift tracks you could ask for.
Special Stage Route 11 in both GT1 and GT3 configurations are a blast to drive in. Complex String isn't exactly my favorite track but it's a good one for those who want a challenge. Also, as a bonus and if possible, the Ricardo Tormo Circuit, which appears in Tourist Trophy. Edit: I almost forgot a very important track: Pikes Peak. But I want the dirt course, not the paved one.
Special stage route 5, it’s my favorite track since GT2, i never forget the hours of training with my Skyline R34, always trying to beat my time. Same on GT4,GT5 and GT6. The night always gives me a calming vibe 😌

Apricot Hill, Trial Mountain and Deep Forest Raceway are missing to me, also Citta di Aria from GT4 was a really nice challenge. And if we get Rally back, the Smokey Mountain South Circuit. On the other hand I could easily go without Costa Di Amalfi and Tahiti Maze, too many Hairpins for my likings. But a really nice video and solid choices Zocker!
Oh my, satisfied with these circuits that I want to see them in the new installment. Also don’t forget the Driver’s Park circuits those being the beginners, motorland and test circuit. Those were also lovely to race on.
Hong Kong was a very good looking track in gt4, maybe it wasn't the funniest but it was beautiful to watch... I would love to see it (as well as Seattle and New York and every other city track) in gt7 btw
High speed ring is one of the best track, it’s the one where you can learn how to drive whith his differents high and low speed corners. Also Grand Valley Speedway it’s a great and complete track, whith u-turns, chicanes and blind points, surely one of mine favourites. I miss a lot also El Capitan and Città d’Aria, I loved them, those were the circuits where me and my dad battled a lot on GT4 (Sorry for my english, i’m just an italian teenager whith the passion of cars and motorsport)
Echt genial mal wieder die alten Strecken zu sehen, sofort kamen die Strecken Costa Di Amalfi und Grindelwald in den Sinn......aber irgendwie wären alle Strecken von GT 1-4 genial die wiederzuhaben. Back to the roots sage ich nur.
I wish Midfield Raceway would return in GT7. I loved the way it looked in GT6. It looked modern without changing the actual track length. I wish PD would had looked at that before what they did to Deep Forest for GT7. Here's to hoping it comes to GT7 eventually.
I'm currently replaying GT2 after 20 years since the last time I played it. Not sure why I'm in a PS1 craving lately. Might be an impulse to reminisce the good old days before I hop in the PS5 craze. But GT2 is still incredibly playable. Thoroughly impressed by how much PD was able to achieve with all the limitations of the PS1.
The very first track I raced on when I was 2 years old was Red Rock Valley with a red S2000. It was also the first thing I did when I was born. I'd be more than happy to see it back in GT7. It's also weird to heard GT5/6 engine sounds again. They aged well, didn't they? Also, seeing as they brought back GT4's menu, I'm sure they'll bring back the classical tracks. Besides, we've been asking about them for YEARS.
So many memories, almost cried. I miss the old me coming home after school to play these tracks. 0 pressure

I feel the same

Let's cry together GT family. I miss Trial Mountain.
You can buy ps5 and get GTSPORT and then Gt7 so you live your child moments again?
Trial Mountain should always be in any Gran Turismo game.
Trial mountain is amazing. Polyphony sure knows how to make a track.
Yup, it's like a mascot of a track
Sadly in GT7 they have changed a bit the track which makes it look a bit worse. For example when you get out of the tunnel the road is covered with lots of trees and then there is that sharp left turn. In GT7 as seen on the trailer, they removed the trees
Trial Mountain was like a Scotland track were there was a Loch Ness Monster here now it changed into USA of El Captian alike instead.
@@shokata9923 That's a good description 👍
Polyphony did such a god job, some of these circuits are better than what is on the current F1 calendar.
@Globy because of the extra tracks that aren't in the calendar
Stupid modern F1 Tracks ... better classical MotoGP Tracks, like Assen, Mugello, Misano ...

SS Route 11 or whatever it was called was a favourite of mine
Me too
The one with death chicane the first?
@ It was in 2 Gt games. GT1 and GT3.
oh yes.but the version in gt1
I like SSR11 in GT3 because it's one of the most beautiful tracks in the game (and possibly the series). I like SSR11 in GT1 because of the challenge.
I miss the Hong Kong Circuit & Opera Paris Circuit from GT4
Such a great experience there❤
strange choice
I almost cried because I have lots of memories in these tracks, espacially in Gran Turismo 4 ❤
Where are my Tahiti Road fans at? Such a classic course that would look beautiful with next-gen graphics.
Safe to say Gran Turismo 4 is god
Tahiti Maze in GT3 was my Go-to Rally track. Sadly, it has not been seen since...
I really want to see the complex string again, was a fun track to drive on as well as being a useful tool for tuning.
Love that one man!
Not my favorite track, but I agree. It's a good track for those who want a challenge.

Autumn Ring
Costa Di Amalfi
