For Evolt, he reappear in the Kamen Rider Build, New World: Kamen Rider Crossz. Evolt was revived by his older brother. He alongside Banjo fused with the new toy, Muscle Galaxy full bottle and claims to leave earth and will return once he has full strength. With his appearance now, it either means Evolt is now back in his prime or has benefited from Foundation X, based on the teaser that he is Evol-X
Ecole and Rando really went through great lengths by recruiting Evolt as the newest addition to the Outsiders team which means that Foundation X have successfully added the most dangerous alien of the Kamen Rider franchise into their ranks!!

I just notice Zein's transform effect looks like worlds are fusing into one. Remember what Horobi dedscribe Zein in ep 2? An AI that wil fuse all world into 1 to eradicate all evil. I wonder if Zein actually does that everytime it transform
Zea means There so them subbing it as there does sometimes clash but for this episode it was perfect. Zero three is the culmination of Zero-one AI technology and I love it. Also its not just Zea and Ark but Izu as well Is There Ark, Izu (Is) Zea (There) Ark, its 3 Ai brought together to form the final hope of humanity from Zein. Let's go Zero-Three! Also I'm disapointed in Evolt but it is what it is.
