I understand now, that's actually so cool that both your last video and this one are explaining exactly what I wanted answers for. The reason this happens to me while I'm awake in the middle of the day is because I do a lot of walking meditation. Ngl, it feels pretty weird sometimes to completely lose focus on my surroundings while outside. I've also been doing the switching back and forth between chakras myself during meditation, through breath work and mudras. I was trying to interpret these things a bit too literally. Thanks, my brain can rest for a while now :'D

@@DJHWTY It's human nature. We look forward to things, we look for the importance, the meaning, and the end goal it implies. These functions serve us well as manimals lol. But they keep us stuck as manimals too. That's why if I ever had a motto, it would be, "Chill." LOL It's the answer to so much 😸

Let it go, let it goooo. Can't hold back anymore. What I was thinking with this reading. I just wanted to point in here. Because I'm in middle of this now myself. In the beginning before all this happening one week or two. I learned about the power of laughter. From the trickster. And it has taught me not to take everything seriously. Life is your platform. You are the one in control. Life is like an act. So when the darkness scares you. Just laugh, make a joke. And say this is not scary. And suddenly it's not scary anymore. But yeah, you can easily forget it. But when your mind comes up like an idea. Take a step back and meditate about it. Don't run away from it. Face it. And you will take it. But don't when you feel in your gut your not ready. Shadow works are not easy job.
I always forget that I am. What a trip when you remember after the mental gymnastics. 😊 Peaceful heart and flow. Nice one. ❤

Thank you so much for this. All my life I’ve immersed myself into being different characters trying to see if this or that hat fits. Most recently it’s been the spiritual labels. One size does not fit all. I imagine a montage of trying on hats then leaving the store and mary Tyler Moore’ing the hat in the sky realizing that I’ve never needed one to begin with.

Exactly 😂 As a star-nut myself, I wonder why it never occurs to folks that it’s pretty darn weird the popular labels limit us to constellations that are man created and that we choose from a list (whose origins I will not go into here) of only visible stars.
