Or the batteries will catch on fire - - but at least it will be near other old school type fire trucks to put the fire out. PS - Do Not Park It Inside the fire station!!!! LOL
What are they gonna do when they are fighting a fire and the batteries die?
One fire truck that electric may work since they normally only fight fires for a short stint, regular electric firetrucks still sometimes use a diesel motor to assist for a longer use time

I have a little quirk for you , maybe during the beginning of the video you could post your route in map form so we can see where you’re going. I have family in southern Wisconsin (Brookfield and Kenosha) and always like watch when you’re heading south through Chicago. I know the terrain well😅

That may be because of the camera.
EV coming. Shippers are running EV trucks from Sacramento CA to Sparks NV. Trucks are making multiple runs a day, th3se trucks running in sub zero weather. Also used at LA Harbor to Redlands, CA. RR pick up loads there going East via I10. Big EV presence in Texas, no seious problems being reported. Also being tested in Detroit into mid west. Probably 10 years to get them competitive with Diesel, but their coming.

Watching the video and see someone driving a yard truck on the street I didn't know that they are street legal
Some are, but some aren't. I saw a guy hauling a box trailer with one through Shrewsbury PA about 6 years ago. He made an extremely tight turn onto a main road. It was very impressive.
Cops usually have better things to worry about 😂
Some are street legal. Many years ago a guy pulled a trailer from a warehouse about 30 miles away to the warehouse I worked in. I always imagined how comfortable that trip must have been. Normally they used a road tractor, not sure why that day was special.

i used to be like chris drove cabovers in old days well i quit late 80s.i whent a different direction i guess i wanted to paint old stuff and make them very shiny.did lots of restores musle cars ect for mecumn auction ect but soon tired of being that guy heres my rusty old musclecar make it pass.so i trained for paintless dent repair.well i had the honor of meeting my trainer from iowa again this week long nozed black pete hammered on top of hood.5800 damage insurance.we saved that hood from no repaint.owner allowed us to drill 2 holes in his grill for front access we had hood on floor it took both of us with carbon fiber rods and special tips wood plastic and polished sharp tips and a whole lot of pain in body to save it over 100 dents
Good skills with filming Chris. You caught Orwell doing a nice bit of chassis twist lifting the front left nicely at the change of each gear as the Cat grabs it and rolls a bit of coal so everyone knows it's working hard. That was a nice red shinnie Pete that overtook as well, with the tank on back. Thanks for the ride along guys it was a good one, cheers.
