Fantastic mate.Be good to catch up and talk sometime. Nowadys when I tell people everything, I tell them EVERYTHING. My life of sobriety after 20yrs competitive bodybuilding/recreational drugs, injury leading to pain killers leading to cocaine addiction for over 10 yrs (amongst many others but I'm talking £36k over the last 12 months of using!) to leading to sleeping in a Vectra, leading to suicidal thoughts and hospitalized to today.... 5+yrs clean... But more importantly, the poeple who cared about me when I didn't care about myself now have peace. Many things you guys say I live and always will. I make my choice before I open my eyes each day. Keep doing what you're doing, it does make a difference. 👊👍✉

Hi Shinny. Just come across you randomly on facebook this morning. Spent a couple of hours watching some of your videos and got to say im impressed with your positive new insight and outlook to the universe. Like your analogy about us being pack animals and needing a support unit to keep us sane and healthy through life. Theres an old native indian saying that has always rung true for me. Once we danced as a tribe Then we danced in two's Now we dance all alone. Anyway a few hours well spent and a great job you are doing bringing awareness around the world on the subject of mental health and drug addiction. Also heard you mentioning your film in the making project and im sure with your larger than life attitude and personality i think you are going to smash it and give it a new angle and light. I also enjoyed listening to some of the tracks you have done and impressed with how through all your addictions and mental health you have always been able to be articulated, creative whilst fighting your inner demons. I wish you good luck with this film you make and hope it casts its light and understanding far and wide. I dont know if your writing any music to your narrative or considering any. but if you do need any original pieces that are not of your own please feel free to check out some of our relatively unknown stuff on youtube if you choose as i would be happy to musically contribute freely some of my creative time to your righteous cause. Either way i wish you well in your journey. Skint Eastwood "Tribe Of Fable"
