If I take the Gnostic/Christian view that being human is counter to being spiritual then I will agree with you in principle. However the Khemetic view was that to get the chance to live life as a human was salvation. For them the soul is the real you. That makes human experience only a contrast. It's not negative or evil. It is simply the soul at play within a transitory experience.

Hi there. I went through prolonged difficult times in my life. Not like yours, but they were my diffulties. I battled depression as well. But what I finally figured out was that know one was coming to rescue me. I had to summon the strength to keep growing and moving forward. You language in this post implies that you are a little angry that people are not stepping in to help. Trust me, I get it. I've been there too. This is what I learned. My pain became my mentor. I kept and keep my own counsel. Are their times I would like someone else to be there for me? Sure. But I don't expect it. You're focused on the negative. You have to do what I call, find the silver lining in the cloud. You cannot solve the problem with the same consciousness that created it. Look for anything positive from your situation to begin climbing out of that pit of dispair. If you do not, you will be stuck in a state that no outside intervention can help. Peace

So after reading Galatians 5:19 to verse 21 where do these acts stand in Khemetic teachings? Do these things not pollute the soul?
If I take the Gnostic/Christian view that being human is counter to being spiritual then I will agree with you in principle.
However the Khemetic view was that to get the chance to live life as a human was salvation. For them the soul is the real you. That makes human experience only a contrast. It's not negative or evil. It is simply the soul at play within a transitory experience.

Hi there. I went through prolonged difficult times in my life. Not like yours, but they were my diffulties. I battled depression as well.
But what I finally figured out was that know one was coming to rescue me. I had to summon the strength to keep growing and moving forward.
You language in this post implies that you are a little angry that people are not stepping in to help. Trust me, I get it. I've been there too.
This is what I learned. My pain became my mentor. I kept and keep my own counsel. Are their times I would like someone else to be there for me? Sure. But I don't expect it. You're focused on the negative. You have to do what I call, find the silver lining in the cloud. You cannot solve the problem with the same consciousness that created it. Look for anything positive from your situation to begin climbing out of that pit of dispair. If you do not, you will be stuck in a state that no outside intervention can help. Peace
