Reasonable price for unlimited thali and beautiful presentation by Alka as always. Only one thing would suggest that they should keep water outside to wash hands instead after entering since after removing footwear one enters and bows before Maharaj directly. If it's already present then perfect

Hi Alka! First of all, a Big Thank You for Sharing this place. Must say, @ Rs 350/- it's certainly reasonable. Multiple varieties in the Thali. Pitla-bhakri & thecha are my personal favorite. But the thecha shown here seems to be different. Generally the thecha is proper Green & lot of spice. The Dodktachi bhaji & Sev-bhaji are not my favorites at all, but then, they would be having different veggies. All the other items looked yummy including dessert. Let me see, how earliest we can visit this from Kandivali to Thane. ( Probably after Rains). 😂 Regards.
The menu changes daily and I guess maybe you could call up at 11 am to check it and then decide whether you want to visit for lunch that day. They serve patodi rassa every Sunday, so if you like that..... glad you liked my recommendation. Thank you. Let me know about your experience once you visit 😊

Hi! Alka, since you are a Maharashtrian yourself, it would be nice if you pronounce Marathi words especially the letter 'ळ' clearly. E.g. it is उकडीचा मोदक and not उकडीचे मोदक since it was just one मोदक and not many.
Thanks for correcting but I am a Maharashtrian by residence and all my heart. Basically, my mom is a Sindhi and we are born and brought up in Mumbai hence know Marathi but don't have the perfect command on the language.

Why do people go to restaurants to eat home like tasting food?
Good question.....so that when they are tired or bored or do not have the time or energy to cook at home and want to eat similar food outside. Also, good for those who are away from their home and have to eat outside daily.
The staff of this hotel has no humanity nor basic manners. When I had gone with my family, I asked for a glass of hot water which no waiter bothered to hear or give. Then they said unless you order for food we don't entertain. When the mentality of the staff is so negative how do you expect the food to be tasty. It is a eyewash and make believe.

Alka ji, we like your videos. I am no one to guide you. But just an observation, you removed footwear using both hands and then touched feet of idol for Namaskar. Afterwards waiter brought handwash vessel for you.

You are right in stating what you saw. We suggested the owner that a washbasin should be there outside to wash hands before coming inside and I already had washed hands with my water bottle outside as I didn't feel good to go for darshan as well as eat food without washing hands because I didn't know that they are going to get that vessel for handwash. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.
