True, it would have made the News. If NASA didn't made a test flight out in space, then this is all theoretical. Let's see what happens in the future.

@@hapkido150🤦 A bunch of news sources have reported on the EmDrive in the last 15 years. It was tested by three labs around the world a couple years ago. It was shown to be incapable of producing the thrust that was originally claimed.
If you don't know that a functioning light speed engine would be on every news channel in the world, then you don't know much about this subject. Or about how news works.

sounds very theoretical so far (unproven prototypes) - I still feel that leik myrabo (lightcraft) is still the best theory and prototype so far,
a teacup sized hyperbolic surface where air (or space-ambient hydrogen?) is heated creating thrust against the parabolic-hyperbolic surface, large scale could look like the illustration on chariot of the gods novel, or many smaller ones alongside each other,.. this has the potential of being a star trek like sub light drive - probably earth to mars in three days at some point in the future,... only time will tell,...
maybe someday earth to alpha centauri and back in 40 years at 10 or 20 percent of light,... maybe even quicker depending on how thrust vs power source vs resistance to extreme speed vs debris problems turns out if we ever get far enough to face such challenges, I feel Roddenberry's extrapolation of flight to light forces was very valid and lucent - from thrust-drag and gravity-lift to warp vs deflector? and structural-integrity vs gravity?,...
I'll be back in a minute,...
sorry, didn't find the original Roddenberry reference from the original trek manuals,... but leik myrabo videos are still very awesome,...
      ...

Just over 100 years ago, we had only just figured out how to make AC units. Today, the first human going to Mars is an almost certainty. There’s an idea of “compounding growth” that essentially means the more advanced the technology, the quicker we will understand more advanced technology. You seriously aren’t comprehending that 100 years ago, the mobile automobile was just starting to be understood and produced. In the 1970s we sent interstellar probes out into the unknown. Yet you think we aren’t capable of creating things like this. Lol

I have always said that the current conventional rocket engines we currently use need a complete rethink. If you want to explore and go much further than a local planet, then you will need a revolutionary completely new propulsion system device. You will also need to alter human DNA to stop or considerably slow the ageing process. I think we are very many years away from that acheiement.

So you're basically falling through space and/or time the gravitational Force within the craft Is not felt by a occupant. For such massive speed Even at a ninety or a one eighty degree turn. But there must be a radiation barrier within the craft.

You're math is a little off if it's 4.367 light years away and you travel at the speed of light it would take you 4.367 years. That's the reason why it's called light year it's how long it takes lights to travel in one year. If you're going a hundred times faster than light then you would divide 4.367 by 100.

Hame ek aise fuel ki jarurat hai Jo light ki speed ka force generate kar sake ya fir hame aise technology ki jarurat hai Jo high energy rediation ko fuel ki tarah use kar sake " like a cosmic ray "

Even at light speed it would not be there at a blink of an eye .

At the speed of light it would take a little over 4 years. At 100X the speed of light, about 4 days.

It would be there in an instant, but for the outside observer it would be a little over 4 years. All in the equations of Special Relativity, guys.

Once it set off how would anyone on Earth have a clue it didn't explode? How could the craft send messages back if its hurtling accross the milky way 100x the speed of light.
At 100x light speed, comms back to earth after just 1 year of travel would take 100 years to get back to Earth.

Also it would be impossible for us to get a message to them unless we figure out how to send a beam of comms to the craft at 108 billion km/hr
