And what's even worst is that the Light Novel will never be completed...the anime and the LN deviated after the part where Louise ran off. It was one of the few anime that I watched when I was young and it was pretty much one of the animes that made me like fantasy. And tsundere characters.
I actually think that this anime was highly rated beforeespecially it first came out (even with so many seasons). I believe Louise was a one of the legendary tsunderes. Especially when her VA shares the same as Shana (Shakugan No Shana), Nagi (Hayate The Combat Butler) etc. And 'til now, this anime is definitely one of the best animes.
Ahhh.... just by listening the song again brings me back to the time were i was still a 6th grade schooler where sees me as loser that i offenly get bullied that have dragged me into a depressing feeling of anxiety, but this anime... this change my life so much, it gave me hope, it gave me happiness, enterntainment and passion. I even discovered something that i'ved never thought that i have... this show was actually the first time that changed my perspective of anime.... the way i see anime changed that gave me a path or a place where i can be a part of something to live for... and i'am greatful that i'ved watched such a show like this... and i've seen... and i don't care what people will say about me... as long as i'am being honest.... then there is nothing wrong with that...
Saito is probably the only person who can say "I gave up the world for you" and "I came back from the dead for you" with absolute honesty. Because he DID. And it was damn romantic.
Not that there will be a response 11 years later, or that I'm cheapening the series, but Subaru from Re:ZERO is also among those who could say such a thing (though he can't *say* it).

Well, if you would like to know, the final ending was changed to make it look final and all. In the Light Novel the story dragged on and on after Louise disappeared, and there was no dragon and airplanes. So...yep, technically a season 5 is not possible if it wants to follow the LN.
This is one of the very few animes that I immediately fell in love with. I watched all 3 season in around 3 days and i spent 12+ hours in one of those just watching this. I have not done this with any other anime series, although oddly enough this series is not my favorite but is still a very good one.

During the years i saw many interesting anime , manga , LN even translated few manga but in my opinion this anime rocks (not saying how epic the LN is). Back in 2006 and 2007 most watched anime with SnS and no wonder , interesting story with more interesting characters of course it had some holes in the plot but othervise this serie is very uniqe and i will never forget that i watched and loved Zero no Tsukaima! These were the last years when Japan was producing anime with more seasons and not openend endings as i see them now.
Read the novel if you loved the anime =o. It goes further, has a bunch of the missing details, and actually branches off into a separate storyline with the start of the Romalia arc.
After watching this anime many times. I would still get depressed after I finished it. Because it's so fun I guess I'm making my own season 5 in my imaginations 🤣
the worst part is the author before he died admitted he wanted to make a sequel series based on a daughter from louise and saito but we'll never get that now

Me encanto este anime mas por su final, pero si le hace falta otra temporada (si saben noticias sobre la 5ta temporada avisen, todavía tengo esperanza)
One of the many reasons that this is close to my favorite romance anime. Im sick and tired of stories that rely on the tension and leave it at that. Hell, most of 'em you don't even see a confession. A truly good romance story's gotta be more than just the romantic tension leading up to the relationship, but the sweet and dramatic moments thereafter. Thank god the writers had the balls to make a story about a relationship, rather than a story about the possibility of one.
I love this anime, I truly do, but I can't bring myself to watch it again. I really just want to remember this story as the amazing journey I experienced when first getting into anime and I know if I watched it again, I wouldn't enjoy it nearly as much anymore. Zero no Tsukaima will always be in my heart as one of my favorite anime I just won't ever be able to experience to the fullest again.

One of the many reasons that this is close to my favorite romance anime.
Im sick and tired of stories that rely on the tension and leave it at that. Hell, most of 'em you don't even see a confession. A truly good romance story's gotta be more than just the romantic tension leading up to the relationship, but the sweet and dramatic moments thereafter. Thank god the writers had the balls to make a story about a relationship, rather than a story about the possibility of one.
I love this anime, I truly do, but I can't bring myself to watch it again. I really just want to remember this story as the amazing journey I experienced when first getting into anime and I know if I watched it again, I wouldn't enjoy it nearly as much anymore. Zero no Tsukaima will always be in my heart as one of my favorite anime I just won't ever be able to experience to the fullest again.
