JP, thoughts on the 2024 draft for Washington? For me, I feel it was solid as heck. The only puzzle for me was drafting a DT with first pick of 2nd round. I felt the position was solid and there were some elite defenders available. But, that's my armchair GM thought. I am thrilled and looking forward to next season!
He's actually leading the WRs in TDs caught the last 2 years even though he's missed 1/2 of a year with injury and the other year EB and Sam ignored him. Big FACTS. Watch him ball out this year with a confident and focused QB and offensive plan.

I was disappointed that Adam couldn't figure out a way to upgrade this position and player. It's time to get out of the Jahan Dotson business. Jahan is part of an offense that didn't score many points at all. He would disappear doing games and Jahan is not much of a yards after the catch guy who can make the first guy miss, and he lacks the ability to come back and fight for the ball when the ball is in the air. My grade for Jahan's previous performance is D. The commanders need playmakers, not passive non playmakers who disappear in games
Jahan has been a big disappointment so far. His rookie year he dropped too many passes. Which doesn't help a struggling offense. Let's see what he does in 2024. If he doesn't improve. We have to move on from him

@@Legendary__1 He had 22 (61-83) MORE targets than he did his rookie season with less yards. Guy cost us 2 games, which turned out to be a blessing in disguise since we landed JD5. True fans are able to acknowledge that he had a sophomore slump following a promising rookie season.

It was fitting that JP brought up Jahan's replacement Luke Mccaffrey. Unfortunately, Dotson no longer fits with a QB like Jayden Daniels. Daniels needs big physical strong receivers who can win the 50/50 balls. That's not Jahan.
Daniels doesn’t want to throw 50/50 balls he wants throw balls to where only his receivers can catch it and the way you do that is with great route runners like Jahan
