What a very special treat to witness ANTONOV AN22A UR-09307 take off from Manchester.
This bird is older than me and she still looks splendid.
She is running on 4 Turboprop engines that emits the distinctive sound.
On board is a new Trent engine for Thomas Cook Airbus A330-243 G-OMYT that suffered an engine blowout during takeoff in Frank Pais Intl Holguin Cuba.
