Do you know what I realized just now? I have seen so many edits of these two and have rewatched every episode alredy but I got so furious just now... Dimitri was the one that - in every single episode! - made the first move on Rose, eighter by touching her in a specific way - her leg, her chin -, by saying something with a deeper meaning - "my mind should have been on you", "I'd do anything to make it stop" etc. - or by taking away his own power over her to make her feel more comfortable - crouching down, pulling her up before kissing her so that they always have "the same height". It ALWAYS comes from him first which is not only interesting since in the books there are mostly angry kisses initiated by Rose but it also makes their break-up even sadder. Because I don't think Rose is alredy head over heels in love with Dimitri, Dimitri however is undeniably IN LOVE. And now it seems like he's angry at her (I know he's disappointed in himself for not being able to follow according his code and that he has also seen what they could have been and that he was, for a day, hopeful he would be able to be in love and at the same time fulfill his duty, but still... Rose is the last one to be blamed for his destiny) but HE was the one initiating their potencial relationship... Like, hey dude, she still has Mason or Adrian to go to, but you, my friend, you hace screwed up real hard xD Nice edit! I love the song choice - it is in fact a Waiting Game for these two to reconceile. That will be a hell of a ride - and it will be epic :)
u cleared my mind… and i must confess how right u r… in a way that‘s the point where’s the difference between books and show… for me; rose is as much lost in her love for him as in pain (which makes everything screwed up) but in the serie there is more focus on dimitri… i mean, don‘t get me wrong! how much he adore her is easy to see for everyone in every single page… but in the show it’s less underneath his skin, more watchable! u get me guys? :)
Omg love this but heartbroken I get they are bodyguards and they come first but hate I hate it I really hope we get second season to continue to see rose and dimitri lovestory poor rose
