Awesome video and awesome Reddit posts every week! Can you help me out and explain why I am not recieving level 263 item level items from my run? I think it might be based on party size? Do you only get 263 item levels on solo run / 4 man runs? Can you explain the item level mechanics please?

The host of your party should be either Apo 25+ or the one with the highest level outfitted (not sure rn while typing it out) for the whole party to receive the highest possible lvl 263 reward. So gather in the camp of who in your party has the highest gear outfitted. It's definitely the host it's looking at. Of course you can only get lvl 263 items in Apocalypse tower and not on the other difficulties.
