I don't know how the hole would not be disallowed as being "cruel and unusual punishment". The judge couldn't have sentenced you to a place, described as such... particularly the no speaking to you and the baton mistreatment.
In sweden we have that b4 trial, its not prison but its like b4 u go to the penetentary, u sit in ur cell for 23hrs a day u cant have contact with anyone until ur trial is done and it can take 1 year like that, me my self i was 11 months 23 hrs a day in a room with no contact but the guards. And its before u even get sentenced so u can sit like that and be free, its nuts

@georgegarner5185 it didn't help tho did it he's lucky he seen the light ov day again 1 guy i know got 36 years 4 hepling plan a murder his brother was there but didn't actually kill the guy n got 32 yea4s n that's uk l8ght sentence usually even there mom got 20 4 wiping the cctv smh all over light n dark just sad n sami gets less than any 9v em n he done 19 smh all coz Gotti beat a few cases

I found guards in mediums act way crazier cause they know some guy ain’t gonna merc um when hes going home in 3 years. Alot more respect in the max.
