The grave next to him is his wife Loma who passed away shortly after him
His restaurant in James Ave was my favorite place to get local food. It was excellent!

Is a disgrace fi si Ocho rios cemetery 20 add years ago the cemetery did not look like that you could see all the graves as you entered from front to back Jamaica government is a disgrace and a shame Nosa look how the graves dem cova inna bush…am telling u there are a lot of grave there how I know dis bcuz I was born and raised in Ocho rios those graves are what I used to walk on and jump over when I attended the school next to it…so shameful to see the conditions…jack ruby also has a family member by the name bezzy that bury right at the front of the cemetery to your left walking coming into the cemetery…him killed his police girlfriend sandra after he catch her with another woman I think giving him bun and he then turned the gun on himself and took his life this happened in the year 2000 right in that same James avenue the girl also bury in the cemetery bcuz I was coming from school the day she was burying I saw her face in the casket.

He was a African Jamaican Jew like many other Jamaicans. The name Lindo is from his Jewish descendants.
@@markbritton76 Okay. Thanks for the reply. I knew quite a few persons with the surname Lindo in Jamaica, but none of those I knew were of Jewish descent. I did know a few Cohen of Afro-Jewish descent, including the musician Tommy Cohen.
I did attend H.S. with about a 15% Jewish population, but they were not of Afro-Jewish descent. The principal herself {Audrey Pinto, Wolmer's Girls' School} was a Portuguese Jew and she is buried in the only Jewish cemetery in Jamaica ---the one down Slipe Pen Road, across from the fire station. His grandfather did do a visa scam on people back in the 80s before he died. My cousin was 1 of the victims. All now, not a US visa, she & the rest of the people, nuh get & Jack Ruby collect the people dem money.
