Yes it's working full power to reach the temp, thus it's very important to have a correct capacity for the room volume. If in doubt more is better than less, especially for LG dual inverter with Watt Control, which you can limit the maximum power usage 40 60 80 percent.

Essentially the compressor has two compression chambers instead of just one on "single" inverter units, which further cuts the power consumption. I think LG has by far the cheapest dual inverter units (they go for about $600 here, which is a bargain) and they're fairly reliable.
Bhai mujhe 1 problem ho gyi hai...meine abhi 4 din phle lg dual inverter 4 in. 1 ac liya hai...or usme jaise mein jab 40% pe chalata hu ac to uske 20 mint baad vo mode hatt jata hai..or normal chalne lagta hai...phir mujhe dobara remote se 40% pe krna pdta hai...to kya ye ac me problem hai ya phir aise hi hota hai
