Yay congratulations on your 10k! Love your purse, it’s almost as big as you. I stopped carrying large purses, because I turn them into a suitcase =/ I now use a crossbody, to prevent backaches from the suitcase situation. The biggest reason is because I tend to walkway from my shopping carts. 😅 Now I just put the crossbody on and only worry about someone taking my shopping cart;) blessings to you, with all your successes! ♥️

Congratulations on 10k and all of your success! I’ve been pre-diabetic since my early 30’s and there is really no pre-diabetic. I was a healthy slim weight at the time of diagnosis. It is genetic for me. You either have it or you don’t. It is something that will have to be controlled for the rest of your life. I understand the pain of walking. I have switched to Pilates. The hardest part is staying consistent, but I’m working on it! I enjoyed watching and I love your style.😊💜

Congratulations! I was prediabetic for years! It is not my weight. My job sent me over. It wasn’t sweets🤷♂️I try to manage best I can w/peace, exercise, eating, less stress. Halle Berry is diabetic. Your videos help😊Take care and manage and be encouraged ❤️

I have to do routine labs as well. Hydrating is a really good way to lessen the pain and get the process over quickly. Love the new bag. Thinking about getting myself one for my birthday 😊

Joselin you deserved the thousands added to your channel your hard work on your decor content are beautiful. The choices you choosed when choosing your items for your styling decor is just the most awesome pieces of antique furniture. I listened to you speaking about your health keep on eating lots of lentil peas soup ,beans, Avocado 🥑, spinach carrots and 🥕 betroots 🥤 juices, it's very healthy for your body .I told my daughters not to consume soda it's not healthy for them sugar isn't good for anyone health it's dangerous and can create more problems for your health. Fruits are special although it has sugar but eating fruits daily you gets vitamin C directly.. God is great he's our physician.blessings to you and Terance a loving couple.

Hey Hey! I've recently gotten into learning to manage my glucose levels and I came across the Glucose goddess and it's been so helpful! She doesnt just concentrate on what you can't eat but shows helpful strategies for how you eat like eating your veggies and proteins before the carbs on your plate. I found it super helpful! Also, congrats on 10k!!! It's well deserved!

I actually work for Target and yes! Much of our 'salvage' returns are sold to Goodwill. Sometimes when we do a return, the automatic disposition is to 'salvage,' even though we could definitely put the merchandise back to the shelf. Such a good way to spend a little less money and also help with the overconsumption issue!

Regarding your bloodwork results... I know you said you don't like to exercise. I don't either. My husband bought a small treadmill for me to use at home. I Still cant stand walking on it but I know sitting around all day is worse. I'm retired. Think about using a treadmill or rowing machine for home. Stay blessed and healthy! Happy holidays

True,I work nights, and it is hard. Scheduling meals and not being very active. When you're home, everyone else is at work. But hidden carbs are everywhere. Rice, potatoes, pasta, bread, are what kill me. I struggle with the same issues.
I am glad I am not alone, I know exactly what you mean about hidden carbs, at this point I ask Terence what to eat sometimes 😩 is frustrating to have to read every single thing but we will be okay. I empathize with you working so late, no human being should be having a schedule like this! 😕
The job definitely has a lot to do with your health. That's why I took a leave for 1 year now, and haven't been back since. Working the night shift, i was eating healthy, and the vending machine has a lot of junk. Study also found that people who work nights, have a higher risk of getting diabetes.
It sounds like you made the right decision for yourself, your health is so important!! I’m in that transition now coming to the New Year, I can’t do this job for too long!! 🙏🏽❤️

Hey girl congrats on 10k subs! I have a few comments…. LOL, first off I don’t want this to seem rude but I started watching you because of all your vintage purchases.. lol. Maybe if it’s not the holidays you don’t purchase as much for a content creator based in home decor but girl compared to just a girl. Ok I found out I had diabetes when pregnant with my 1st child. It wasn’t gestational it was actual diabetes. I ended up having a gastric bypass 20 years ago and i haven’t shown any signs of it yet. However when I eat really sugary stuff, especially a shake I get hypoglycemic because it elevates my sugar, then my body pours insulin in and then my blood sugar gets low. I have to lay down in misery for about half an hour. I have very thick hair as well. I’ve bought those type of clips, thinking they’d be strong enough cuz they’re big. If it doesn’t work, go on Amazon and search metal claw clip. I get a pack of 5 gold ones for like $10. They are great!
PS I love your vintage finds but I am an over consumer since I started watching UA-cam in 2019. Im trying to get a handle on it currently. My 18yo daughter is calling me out on it! I don’t know how many thousands I have spent especially in the past couple years between that and Christmas Decor. I had your same mindset kinda. I’m getting it now in case I can’t find it or afford it later. Girl there’s always a new thing you will like better. I’m 50 and I’m telling you from experience!

Yes you do buy a lot of things but they are very nice things that you can keep long-term that never really changes with style. I guess you would call them fixed pieces plus they really are not that expensive that they’re going to break the bank. It’s something most people can afford which is a nice thing. There are some creators that buy things, but are very very expensive and you’re not that way you do everything tastefully inexpensively and nicely. That’s what I love about your channel. I hope your test results come out great but being prediabetic is something that you really need to keep up with as far as diet you did it once you can do it again, but it’s a continual thing not fun, but it beats the alternative. Diabetes runs in my family so I’m very cautious and familiar with how bad it can get.
