You can still sign up for a Stripe account without registering a business. You would sign up as a sole proprietorship and use your Social Security Number when signing up. Does this help?
Your API key is useful if you are connecting to an external payment provider. If you just want to setup a payment link just login into your Stripe account and create a payment link at dashboard.stripe.com/payment-links

you have to use a url. so your facebook business url. If you end up getting a website then you can change it later. Stipe doesn't have a phone line but on the chat box you can ask them to call you and they will help you through it.
