Well.... Outbound/leadgen/telemarketing work is mostly run by BPO companies on outcome basis..... i.e. commission based work. In India the significant BPO players dont take commission based work. So outbound work is kinda easier to win, tougher to manage and make money off of. Mature/well established Indian BPO players havent been doing outbound work in I5+ years.

So please don't say things if you don't know. Ibex, Mindbrige, Systems, Motive etc. These are the big names that are working on both projects, and there are a lot of companies that are working on different projects.

Took me sometime to understand it but after sometime in the industry I understood k everyone works for their own profit, so if you're not providing profit to the latter, he won't provide anything to you.
