My regiment has been 8-10 miles on a mountain bike every morning before work and then weightlifting and or calisthenics every afternoon. On weekends I ruck, walk, hike etc to replicate the motions I will be using this season. I am hoping it pays off in the end to have the extra to push just a little bit more at the end of the day.

I'm sure it's gay but i have really enjoyed crossfit and the health its afforded me
