10lbs wild game meat
3lbs organic pig/beef fat
1 cup Dried parsley
3 1/2T Salt
2T Garlic powder
2T Pepper
3t Cayenne pepper
2 1/2T Fennel seeds
2t Crushed chili pepper
2 1/2T Paprika
BREAKFAST SAUSAGE RECIPE:
10lbs wild game meat
3lbs organic pork/beef fat
5T Salt
1T Pepper
2T Rubbed sage
1t Ground ginger
1T Nutmeg
1T Thyme
1t Cayenne
ZUCCHINI SOUP RECIPE:
2LBS Bulk sausage
1 cup Chopped onions
3 cup Chopped Celery
1 Medium green pepper, chopped
3T Sugar
2t Salt
1t Dried Basil
1t Dried Oregano
1/2t Pepper
4 cans Italian stewed tomatoes
6 cups Chopped zucchini
48oz Original V-8
Grated Parmesan cheese for topping
Simmer for 2hrs and serve
