How come none of your videos discuss the annular tear in the lumbar spine? Its such a prevalent problem out there. When you have one that hurts its really debilitating. No bending forward or sitting for almost 2 years. I can't even look at a golf club. When is surgery recommended for this condition? I see other surgeons out there on youtube that endoscopically remove and washout disc fragments trapped in the annulus - and then they seem good to go (see Dr. Choll Kim and Dr. Tony Mork on YT)..All surgeons I see want to do an ADR. Ok - I do have moderate height loss and dessication to boot. But I would love avoid ADR and work with the disc I have.
so I have a hairline fracture in my lower spine since 2009 and went to see a surgeon he informed me that surgery is required where they would need to put screws in to fuse it together because it could not fuse on its own and the recovery time was 6 months. I never got it done but now as I am getting older it is getting worse and I have to take breaks all the time and cannot exert myself the way I could before. If I were to get surgery now is the recovery time still 6 months?

Dr I beg you will you please treat me? I have insurance. Drs here nebraska don't help me at all. I have bulging discs. Can barely walk or move. I'm only 37. Please dr.
@@DonnallySpineConsult yes. Both legs actually and left one seems a bit worse. Also a lot of numbness. I'm at a point I can't take showers, change my clothes, stand up or walk more than 4 minutes because my lower back and legs basically throwing the towel.
