Her own healing that came from her ways of helping others, has been helpful in helping me to understand that I am not a victim in my own life story. I was victimized. I do have a choice to heal myself. I’m the only one who can choose to do this ongoing work to help myself get healthy once again. I’m so grateful that she has helped many people with sharing.

Dear Edith Egar & Lewis Howes 🙏🕊
Thanks for sharing this amazing interview.
I’ve been through horrible sexual and physical abuse and I kept it a secret for 20+ years.
I couldn’t agree more when Edith said (I’m paraphrasing) “the guards are more prisoners than I’m because I’ve my mind, and they can never take it away” and that’s exactly how I feel, when I every now and then are thinking about my abusers.
In a weird way (or maybe weird for someone who hasn’t experience severe violence) I managed to separate my physical body from my mind when the abuse and rapes was going on.
Yes I’ve spent many years with different trauma psychologist and it wasn’t before I tried to end my suffering and was given help “in another level” over a 6 months period that I finally felt free. And that feeling have been persistent in my life ever since.
Listening to Edith makes me realize how incredible the human mind is constructed and how much we’re willing to do, not only to survive but also to live.
Thank you Edith & Lewis for this amazing and inspirational interview 🙏❤️🕊
Stay safe and healthy and take care of yourself and your loved ones.
With love, kindness and respect, Grace

You could feel her warmth and generosity, her willingness to share her painful story of suffering and her own personal healing journey. Your openness and vulnerability really touched her, just brought out her healing. She is a true living superhero, thank you for sharing her insights and wisdom in this intimate and caring conversation! Many blessings!💖🙏😎

"Its not about lost and found its about finding what noone could ever take away from you"
    Absolutely priceless.
I could attest to this after facing hatred and rejection myself from close to 10,000 people in my very own life.
And "The most obnoxious person is your best teacher" words of gold thank you 😊 💛 ❤

Such an amazing interview!! She is so inspiring!! She provides so many life quotes 💎: “ love is to let go”, “the biggest concentration camp is in our head” , not “why me , what now?” Looking forward to reading her book “ The Choice “! 🙏🏻❤️
