English Record 'G' Clamp Renewal - 4K

This is my renewal of an old English made Record No.6 ‘G’ clamp.
It was a recent acquisition by one of my rusty retrievers.
I’ve not been able to find out the approximate manufacture date. I’m guessing it’s fairly old as the turn screw is a kind of butterfly shape. The newer ones seem to have bars through them.
I’ve done a few of these in the past, and I now have a small collection. I thought I’d make a quick video to show the processes I use when I tidy them up.

Cleaning them threads are a bugger good restoration all the best
