I have my own theory that deku has same quirk that all for one's younger brother has. He can transfer one for all. Now that's explain everything because deku used it for first time when he got unconscious his quirk got erased and one for all comes back to him.

Btw, it's because Bakugou passed out even before the transfer was complete. It was said by All Might itself in the movie's ending scene.

What's happened is that All Might has been a hero for like atleast over 10 yrs. He is very old. So, his body got weak and he could'nt use it for long. However, All Might had already stated at the start of the show that OFA power is too much for a weak body to handle that the body might even end up bursting into pieces. That's why All Might trained Deku. And All Might has become very weak now, and can't withstand the power of OFA and thus ended up to never using it again. However, this proves that OFA is still in All Might and that passing it to Deku did not make him weaker. He was originally weak itself. So, even if the transfer to Bakugou was full or half complete, Deku would still have OFA.
Let's think of it in another way. OFA had been passed from generation to generation. And Bakugou is the same gem as Deku. However, Deku is the next gen of All Might. And, if this situation with nine had never come, Deku would've not passed OFA and would've become what he was originally aiming for and then after he becomes very old and his body can't handle OFA anymore, he could've passed it to the next gen. But the situation with nine occurs and Deku had to pass OFA to Baku; the same current gen. So, in this gen, this timeline, there would be two OFA users/ holders. And when the previous users of OFA are shown, I think the blurred figures are Baku and All Might. Deku's image is not shown. I think there are two possible reasons for this.
One is that Deku maybe would not contain OFA anymore due to some reason or epic thing that would happen in the future, or the other reason could be that Deku itself is seeing the holders, thus, his image was not included.
However, even with all this theory, I can say that this would NOT be seen in the show as the creators have already told that the movie is different from the OG.
