Eating processed foods can give someone a short burst of satisfaction, but it lacks the nutrients and fiber needed for the body to be truly satisfied. That’s why people overeat. They are continuously looking for true satiety in all the wrong foods.
@@teamt8088but why would it matter if someone chooses to stay on it forever? I am at goal but when I went off I had to start white knuckling it again. Why should I live that way? Now I am back on a low dose and life is easier. I don’t have to use most of my brain space to not eat. That’s why some doctors say some will have to stay on.
