To put this in context most of the bond episodes from Arius squad are never set in sensei apartment for a reason because after all they did in vol3 they don't want to make things worse for sensei since they are still labeled as terrorist. Furthermore, Saori made a deal that she will take the blame of everything, that she coerced her friends and followed Beatrice orders blindly, even if she was tricked, allowing Atsuho and the rest to walk with more freedom thats why she goes alone for now. She wanted to do something more extreme but Sensei convinced her to make amends finding something for herself and take responsibility as an adult would do.
